Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) invites applications to join the Centre as:
Senior Executive, Human Resources (1 Year Contract)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support in all facets of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, employee engagement activities, training and development, performance management, and HR related projects
- Maintain and update employee records on a timely basis
- Handle all work pass related transactions
- Handle the administration of the recruitment process, including drafting and updating of job advertisements, posting of job advertisements, screening and filtering of candidates, and arranging interviews
- Provide support in monthly payroll matters, where necessary
- Provide suggestions and assist in updating HR policies and procedures and the SIAC Employee Handbook
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of documents
- Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Human Resource Management with 3 to 5 years of relevant HR operations experience
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act; familiarity with labour laws and practices in Americas / India/ China / Korea will be an added advantage
- People-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player who is able to work independently
